    Description

    Job Summary

    The incumbent will drive the organisation's financial performance by producing high-quality financial information, leading cross-functional teams and providing analytical insights. This role reports to the Finance Head and is based in Umhlanga.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote effective financial management practices and compliance across the organisation.
    • Provide financial leadership and support to Functional Heads at Head Office.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organisation's financial performance.
    • Analyse complex data to inform business decisions and drive results.
    • Leverage partnerships and business opportunities to drive growth.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in finance management, with a background in sugar manufacturing.
    • Relevant financial qualifications, such as CA (SA) or CIMA.
    • Demonstrated track record of effective performance management and staff development.
    • Outstanding business analysis skills and ability to generate business insight.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on driving change and achieving results.
    • Strong process and analytical ability, with excellent interpersonal skills.
