    Job Title: Office Administrator

    A reputable company in Gauteng, Randburg seeks an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage debtors and contracts.

    The ideal candidate will have a BCom degree and 1-3 years of experience in a similar position responsible for debtors and contract administration. Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of payroll systems are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
    • Monitor payments and determine which accounts are overdue.
    • Contact companies who owe money to recover outstanding balances.
    • Manage internal processes and act as a liaison between departments.
    • Prepare contracts, monitor their implementation, and uphold contractual agreements.

    Requirements:

    • BCom degree
    • 1-3 years' experience in debtors and contract administration
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Understanding of payroll systems
