    Job Description

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and interviews to understand consumer needs and behaviors.
    • Develop consumer profiles and segmentation models.
    • Gather data from various sources, including primary research, syndicated reports, and internal data.
    • Use statistical tools and software for in-depth analysis.
    • Compile comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards with research findings.

    Key Deliverables:

    • Presents insights and actionable recommendations to marketing, sales, and product development teams.
    • Partners with cross-functional teams to align research with business goals.
    • Collaborates with external research agencies when required.
    • Provides actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.
    • Supports pricing, packaging, and promotional decisions using data-driven insights.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field is essential. Proven experience (25 years) in market research, preferably in the FMCG sector, is also necessary.

    • Familiarity with market research methodologies, tools, and frameworks is crucial.
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools is required.
    • Strong knowledge of survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey) is a must.
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities are necessary.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential.
    • Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are ideal candidates.
    • A strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its market dynamics is vital.
    • Awareness of global and local market trends is also necessary.
