    Brand Manager

    We strive for a wholesome consumer experience. A Brand Manager will enrich the customers purchase journey. This role requires shaping the brand image, understanding consumer insights, and executing marketing campaigns based on consumer preferences.

    Objectives:

    • Understand target audience behavior and act as a brand solutions manager.
    • Expand brand image and market share while improving overall brand perception.
    • Maintain budgets, predict market trends, and assess KPIs and ROI.
    • Increase product sales by integrating with the sales team.
    • Lead brand campaigns across teams including sales, marketing, creative, legal, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market studies, identify opportunities, and maintain a diligent approach as a marketing specialist.
    • Undertake brand reputation projects and determine brand positioning.
    • Design brand communication strategies with the brand director and utilize effective media channels.
    • Adhere to established budgets, estimates, and performance indicators.
    • Measure success and produce reports on campaign performance, considering KPIs and ROIs.
    • Develop growth strategies and implement them from a brand innovation perspective.

    Preferred skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
    • 5 years of experience.
    • Perspective on global marketing that aids expansion and growth.
    • Creative thinking and cross-functional work within the brand manager scope.
