EKS Vehicle Tracking is a technology company that deals with Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring in South Africa and Africa as a whole.

The company operate in the private and public sector providing world-class service to realise maximum benefit to all our clients.

We are currently recruiting for Technical Support Agent to be based at our Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

Working with customers/technicians to identify tracking devices problems and advising on the solution.
Providing Technical support and troubleshooting.
Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
Installation, maintenance and opening case escalations.
Updating selfhelp documents so customers/technicians can try to fix problems themselves.
Delivering service and support to control room, technicians and endusers on daily basis.
Attending to queries and recons between platforms.
Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
Researching information required using available resources.
Identifying and escalating priority issues per client specifications.
Ensuring that reports are meeting deadlines and accuracy of content is applied.
Recommending solutions through product support.
Checking unit health.
Assisting with any filing and paperwork for technical support.
Ensuring that all work is sorted for the next day.
Completing other administrative tasks related to the role as requested by line manager.
