Our client in Gauteng is looking for an external sales representative who has done hardcore selling within the Finance Sector, (like insurance), and who is motivated to work hard on their own.


What you need:


  • Proven Sales experience with at least 3 years of sales experience
  • Communication, Positive reinforcement

Your own vehicle with a valid driver's license:

A home office setup with PC and wifi / fibre

Responsibilities:


  • Visit companies via Zoom, face to face or telephonically, with a view to securing new business
  • Maintain relationships with past customers and act as an intermediary between company and client.
  • Financial Results collecting and receiving leads and closing the sale
  • See a minimum of 20 potential clients per week, this includes making your own appointments.
  • Achieving a target of 20 signups per month
  • Convert 80% of potential clients who made contact on their own initiative to sign up.
  • Leadership & Growth results improving your sales ability
  • Management results client training and 6 months followups
  • Ensure the initial payments are made and paperwork is received timeously. all payments need to be collected within 24hrs of signup
  • Customer and relationship results creating a professional relationship with potential new members.
  • Providing proactive ideas to enhance the client deliverables where applicable
  • Develop new ideas to get leads, referrals, and own appointments by doing research or selftraining.

  • Sharing experiences and information with your colleagues
  • Keeping up to date with competitor products in order to convince potential clients our services and products are more beneficial to them.

Please note that the basic salary for this role is set out as follows:


  • The Basic salary is R8,000
    (commission is uncapped)

  • Travel allowance R2,000
  • Office allowance R1,000
  • Mobile allowance with integrated software to reduce costs R250

On top of the basic salary, there is an excellent commission structure that is uncapped.

R11,250.00 per month
