- Manage and administer HR and general administrative services.
- Oversee people management and recruitment processes.
- Monitor and address human resource matters and general administrative services.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- A National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in human resource and general administration.
- Familiarity with PERSAL or similar systems.
- Financial management and supply chain management skills.
- Human resource management, including recruitment and selection processes.
- Budget management.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
