Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Customer Service Lead to join their Johannesburg team
Requirements:

Senior Certificate or higher
***:
-
At least 5 years' customer service experience in a closely related industry
***:
-
Excellent SAP knowledge advantageous
***:
-
Excellent computer literacy in MS Office including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
***:
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
***:
-
Ability to handle stress and meet tight deadlines
***:

Good team player with the ability to work independently
***
Duties:***-
Conducting negotiations: Price agreements, project requests and other commercial issues with the customer.
***:
-
Negotiating and concluding contracts with the customer: Master agreements, bonus and logistics agreements, NDA, QSV, etc.
***:
-
Define own targets and track sales metrics such as quotation realization rate, price throughput, profit, etc. and manage measures to achieve targets.
***:
-
Close co-ordination with business units on focus markets, campaigns, LQA, etc.
***:
-
Evaluation and practical implementation of market and customer knowledge, for their deepening, participation in conferences and trade fairs.

Creation and maintenance of customer and material master data, as well as price conditions in

Co-ordination of the quotations with the responsible sales manager and/or customers, or internal departments, e.g., the business divisions or
***:
-
Quotation tracking (setting tracking criterion and maintaining reasons for rejection).

The disciplinary and professional management of subordinate employees.
***:

Ensure the implementation of procedures relevant to sales (e.g., approval guideline) as well as internal standards and instructions.

Adhere to the principles of the company policy, Code of Conduct (CoC).
