    Sales Executive Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our Micro Merchant Division – Sales team in Cape Town. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and achieving clear sales targets that align with our overall sales strategy.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet weekly and monthly performance requirements and sales targets by implementing effective plans to achieve set goals.

    Administration

    • Administer contracts, KSICS, and other internal processes while adhering to business requirements.
    • Ensure timely submission of complete, readable, and valid contracts – Monthly Rep contract register.
    • Maintain accurate records of actions and quality of information logged on the competition table – monthly KSIS action reports.
    • Foster strong interactions and cooperation with the Sales Admin team, performing work within acceptable timelines.
    • Generate monthly Rep Admin rating reports.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in English and at least one other African language.
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of direct client sales experience.
    • A valid driver's license and own reliable car are essential.
    • Computer literacy in Windows, Outlook, and Excel is required.

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
