Who We're Looking For:

We need a helpful and pleasant people's person who is not only
reliable, honest, and trustworthy but also possesses the ability to work
independently. As a Rental Agent, good negotiating and interpersonal skills are
essential, along with being computer literate (Windows/Microsoft Office).
Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, both verbally and in writing, is a
must.


What You'll Bring to the Table:
Your experience in the property rental industry to source new
rental stock, obtain mandates from landlords to rent their properties, and
place tenants. A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle are
essential for this role, as it involves some office work and after-hours site
visits to properties.
