Senior WMS Analyst Role

A Senior WMS Analyst will be responsible for defining business requirements for WMS software upgrade deployments, software upgrades, and system configuration.

Duties

1. Define Business Requirements: Identify and document the necessary business requirements for WMS software upgrades, software upgrades, and system configurations to ensure seamless operations.
2. Implement WMS Support: Provide technical support for WMS across applicable facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
3. WMS Setup and Account Modifications: Conduct WMS setup and account modifications, develop training materials for maintenance, setup new clients, and perform upgrades for existing clients.
4. System Changes and Improvements: Recommend and manage system changes, including new concepts and system improvement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
5. Training and Documentation: Create training documents and resources for system users, outlining key features and functionality.
6. Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop testing scenarios, conduct systems tests, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot solutions, and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
7. Warehouse Configurations and Stock Reconciliations: Collaborate with warehouse staff on WMS configurations and stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
8. Multi-Departmental Support: Assist all departments and other onsite business partners with WMS requests, providing prompt and effective support.
9. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Best Practices: Document and enforce SOPs and best practices, maintaining updated training manuals and related documentation for local use.
10. Integration and Technical Support: Provide technical support for all WMS-related integrations with different systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
11. Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Prior experience as a Super User in one or more WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is preferred.
4. Understanding of WMS, order management applications, and database systems is essential.
