    Business Development Manager

    At our partner company, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Radiology Healthcare Market.

    We are a top-tier provider of medical leasing programs, delivering innovative pay-per-use solutions that empower customers to leverage cutting-edge equipment while funding its use directly from the cash flows the equipment generates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate a pipeline of potential customers and manage lead conversion.
    • Realize annual and quarterly goals for pipeline generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, contract yields, and retention.
    • Coordinate customer vetting and transaction completion in collaboration with the credit team.
    • Manage existing customer relationships and account management.
    • Collaborate with local partner organizations of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for installation, maintenance, support, training, and lead generation.
    • Contribute to building an organization with operational excellence, implementing technology platforms, and evolving standard operating procedures.
    • Implement policies and procedures related to business development and account management.
    • Update the CRM platform and provide regular reporting on business development activities.
    • Work closely with other members of the broader business development team.
    • Develop new service offerings and evaluate the expansion of our Healthcare program to other equipment categories.
    • Propose a departmental budget and operating plan.

    Requirements:

    • University degree in Medical Science and/or Business Administration.
    • Fluent English language skills, preferably with good working knowledge of local languages.
    • Eligibility to reside and work in South Africa.
