    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the detailed design and configuration of business processes, providing practical troubleshooting resolution, and updating/adapting relevant procedures in line with our business strategy.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Developing solutions across various SAP modules, including Workflows.
    • Integration with SAP and third-party applications.
    • Providing comprehensive SAP support.
    • Gathering technical requirements and compiling technical specification documents when necessary.
    • Communicating effectively through excellent English skills - both verbal and written.
    • Performing administrative tasks as required.
    • Collaborating effectively within teams.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.
    • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
    • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION.

    Key Requirements

    • Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
    • A relevant degree in Information Technology or Software Development.
    • ABAP, Fiori, or UI5 certifications are prerequisites.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABAP, Fiori, or UI5.
    • 1+ years of experience in Workflows.
    • Advantageous: C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or Node.js.
    • SDLC and Agile experience.
    • Familiarity with Fiori on-premise for both ECC and S/4HANA.
    • Familiarity with Fiori Web IDE on BTP Neo.
    • Familiarity with Fiori Business Application Studio on BTP Cloud Foundry.
    • Familiarity with NodeJS for BAS microservices.
    • Familiarity with iFlow integration on BTP.
    • Familiarity with SuccessFactors OData API.
    • Familiarity with CDS views for analytical apps on S4HANA ABAP OData.
    • Experience with SAP ABAP HR development, including HR Renewal, ABAP Object Oriented Programming, WebDynpro, ALE, IDOC, BADI, BAPI, and OData.
    • Familiarity with SAP support methodologies and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent documentation skills.
