Move Up - Recruitment Coordinator

Join the dynamic team at Move Up, an innovative recruitment agency that specialises in helping South Africans secure jobs in the United Kingdom.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support our expanding operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Primary Responsibilities_
• Introduce and sell Move Up's recruitment services to selected UK employers.
• Identify potential business opportunities and clients.
• Secondary Responsibilities_
• Review, shortlist, and manage CVs received for various vacancies Move Up offers.
• Coordinate and host interviews with South African applicants.
• Prepare and present introductions of shortlisted applicants to potential employers.
• Tertiary Responsibilities_
• Promote and sell Move Up's UK Employer Introduction Services (EIS) to South African applicants.
• Facilitate EIS interviews and manage client expectations.
• Connect EIS clients with selected UK employers and assist with followup correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficient in computer troubleshooting.
• Reliable internet connection (fibre preferred).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales would be an advantage.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for scheduling and conducting meetings.
• Experience with ChatGPT prompt writing or a similar AIdriven technology.
