Key Responsibilities:


  • Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, providing personalized assistance and information to enhance their overall experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a quick resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Concierge Services: Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions, dining, and activities, facilitating a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a high level of service throughout their stay.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement and sharing positive feedback with the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B, to coordinate and deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Previous experience in guest relations or a customerfacing role in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Proficient in using reservation and communication systems.
