Description

Sea and road exports
Process export inquiries, quotations, and orders in accordance with export procedures
Liaise and provide service excellence to international and internal customers
Ensure administration is conducted in accordance with export procedures and relevant legislation
Liaise between internal and external customers to ensure adequate service is provided
Maintain continuous improvement in the export process
Maintain export process integrity by proactively monitoring capacity and constraints
Ensure complete control and storage of documentation and address all customer complaints
Ensure delivery deadlines communicated to customers are met by liaising with relevant service providers
Monitor unpaid accounts to eliminate trading at risk and ensure credit management processes are followed
Manage third-party suppliers such as shipping lines, logistics services, and forwarding companies
Coordinate & implement activities, strategies, and policies related to the supply chain
Responsible for preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly reports, forecasts as well as order book analysis

Matric
Degree or Diploma qualification with Export, Sales or Commercial Essential
Knowledge of Export Policies and Procedures
Knowledge of relevant Banking, SARS and Customs Legislation
Minimum 8 years of customer service experience in an export environment
Manufacturing and Logistics environment
