Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform System Testing to evaluate performance and Functionality of Products.
Perform regular inspections to identify defects and replacements needed
Repair and maintain electronic systems as required
Maintain accurate records of products passing through the testing facility
Maintain accurate records of failed products; reasons for failures and; conduct an analysis to improve system performance
Make recommendations to Management of new product features and upgrades to improve system performance
Maintain accurate records of time spent on testing and repairs, to ensure fair allocation of these costs to finished goods
Quality Control on all Products
Update and maintain System of all product assembled and tested
Update and maintain System of product and test procedure modifications
Complete test certification accurately for future reference
Complete repair reports accurately to enable preventative measures of product failures
Check and verify products received are accurate against job cards
Maintain accurate records of products received and dispatched (i.e., time, date quantity and quality)
Confirm with the Store controller the inventory list of products needed for new orders received
Confirm works orders are correct and completed
Report any discrepancies of products and take corrective action according to Company policy


Desired Experience & Qualification:
N3 / N- Electronic Engineering
1-3 Years' Experience within Electronics Industry
Ability to read Electronic Schematic Diagrams
Ability to undertake Component level diagnostic & repairs
Computer Literate
Meticulous
Time Management Skills
Self-assured with the ability to work independently


Salary:
From R14,558.00 per month
