    Job Overview

    The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in IT Administration and Linux management.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    This role involves:

    • Action and resolve IM tickets
    • Action and resolve CIM tickets as required
    • Raise and lead PM tickets as identified
    • Action and coordinate CM tasks and tickets as required
    • Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes
    • Perform daily system handover and start-up tasks
    • Evaluate specifications and propose system design
    • Develop systems solutions according to quality and delivery requirements
    • Create, Maintain, further develop, and follow User stories and requirements
    • Create KPI's and Measurements for solution quality and compliance
    • Expand knowledge in Encryption and Security topics
    • Update documentation in relevant systems
    • Attend and moderate operation meetings

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Formal Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology
    • ITIL certification
    • Certification in Linux/Ansible/Veritas or Vometric/Encryption
    • Minimum 8 years of IT Administration experience
    • Minimum 8 years of Linux experience
    • Minimum 6 years of IT operations experience
    • Minimum 6 years of ITIL work experience
    • Minimum 4 years of Python/Perl/Bash experience
    • Minimum 4 years of encryption tools specific experience

    The essential skills for this role include:
