    Financial Stock Administrator

    We are seeking a dynamic Financial Stock Administrator to join our growing team in Pietermaritzburg.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage inventory and purchase of incoming goods, ensuring optimal stock control based on company needs.
    • Analyze data to provide insights to management, highlighting non-compliances and deviations from the system.
    • Flag pricing discrepancies, stock shortfalls, overstocking, and other issues affecting stock control.
    • Maintain accurate selling prices, upload supplier increases, and report price variances to management.
    • Ensure correct coding and loading of package sizes, product updates, and rebranding information.
    • Prepare reports on stock codes on hold, incorrect stock codes, and formulations for manufactured products.
    • Maintain price lists for customers, capture special prices, and send approved price increase letters with statements.
    • Oversee daily stock control processes, decanting, and reorder procedures to ensure products are correctly controlled.
    • Journal stock usage, investigate negative reports, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
    • Capture new stock codes, manage daily returns, and swap out books to align with stock control journals.
    • Conduct stock counts, manage stock reports, and reconcile stock discrepancies.

    Key Competencies:

    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Financial background or qualification
    • Experience using an ERP system
    • Costing and manufacturing experience
