2years- Take care of administrative duties to help the work of the sales team
- Respond to customers' questions, resolve their complaints, and make sure their orders are processed on time
- Provide assistance to sales staff in capturing new clients.
- Provide support to sales personnel in strengthening customers' base.
- Assist salespeople in maintaining and customer database.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Assist and support sales department in managing customer balances.
- Assist and support sales team in achieving hundred percent sales outcomes.
- Generate lead possibilities and communicate to the sales department.
- Execute sales orders received through inbound calls from customers.
- Schedule and organize sales meetings with the prospective customers.
- Coordinate between sales and production departments
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience 13 years' experience in sales support and Admin skills
- Strong Excel experience
