beBee Professionals is looking for a Privacy and Data Protection Attorney to join our team in Welkom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on privacy and data protection matters, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, as well as experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate should have a law degree and be admitted to practice law in South Africa. The candidate should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in privacy and data protection law. Knowledge of international privacy and data protection laws is a plus.
