Position:
HR Training & Development Coordinator


Location:
Camperdown, Pietermaritzburg


Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • HR Degree / Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Knowledge of HR Premier or VIP essential
  • Knowledge of EE and SDF essential
  • Working knowledge of current labour legislation
  • Ability to reconcile for budgetary purposes
  • Salary processing experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of BEE will be an advantage
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:


  • Accurate and timeous reporting of Skills Development as per legislation
  • Ensure supervisors and managers always use consistent and fair process when dealing with staff matters relating to training
  • Ensure HR documentation and information is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Ensure that monthly reports are updated by no later than the 7th of each month
  • Assist management with any training related problems
  • Assist with Recruitment when required.
  • Manage the collation of information for annual BBBEE certification
  • Maintain designated Learning Management System
  • Assign employees to training initiatives
  • Function as registered company SDF
  • Establish annual training needs
  • Design and develop training material as required
  • Source suitable training suppliers
