Position:
HR Training & Development Coordinator
Location:
Camperdown, Pietermaritzburg
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- HR Degree / Diploma preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Advanced MS Office experience
- Knowledge of HR Premier or VIP essential
- Knowledge of EE and SDF essential
- Working knowledge of current labour legislation
- Ability to reconcile for budgetary purposes
- Salary processing experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of BEE will be an advantage
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timeous reporting of Skills Development as per legislation
- Ensure supervisors and managers always use consistent and fair process when dealing with staff matters relating to training
- Ensure HR documentation and information is accurate and up to date at all times
- Ensure that monthly reports are updated by no later than the 7th of each month
- Assist management with any training related problems
- Assist with Recruitment when required.
- Manage the collation of information for annual BBBEE certification
- Maintain designated Learning Management System
- Assign employees to training initiatives
- Function as registered company SDF
- Establish annual training needs
- Design and develop training material as required
- Source suitable training suppliers
