    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development programme for up-skilling, training and incubating subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating this initiative and ensuring its smooth execution.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management and reviewing agreements, with a strong background in compiling, developing and reviewing contracts related to subcontractor agreements.

    A key aspect of this role is conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and tracking tender bulletins to stay ahead of the competition.

    To excel in this position, you must ensure compliance with statutory requirements and adhere to contract specifications. This includes contract management, writing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing maintenance agreements.

    You will also be responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing financial statistics, and identifying trends as required.

    In addition to these duties, you will support the management of subcontractors, proactively identifying challenges and facilitating the swift resolution of issues.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

    • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

    • Experience in contract management and reviewing agreements

    • Basic Accounting skills essential

    • Advanced Excel skills
