    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of roughly 5 reports, providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Design and develop custom software modules and applications using SQL, Python, and/or JavaScript.
    • Develop advanced SQL Scripts to extract subsets of data from large databases.
    • Deploy cloud-based distribution servers for software applications.
    • The team is a support team, focusing approximately 70% on supporting existing software products and 30% on developing brand new software products.
    • Identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements.
    • Recommend and establish new ways of working, processes, tools, techniques, and implement them.

    Requirements

    • Leadership experience is beneficial but not necessary, as we can provide guidance and mentorship.
    • Able to identify areas of improvement and suggest effective solutions.
    • Establish or recommend new ways of work, processes, tools, techniques, and implement them effectively.
    • Foster a positive team environment by motivating and mentoring team members.
    • Excellent communication skills and customer engagement abilities.
    • A background in software development is essential.

    • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and solutions is required.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment.
