RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Execution
Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and project managers.
Team Collaboration
Maintain regular communication with team members to provide updates, gather input, and address concerns.
Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports and marketing collateral.
Prepare and distribute timely project progress reports to clients and management.
Track project expenses, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure adherence to financial targets.
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification business administration, project management, or a related field
Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
R15, R29,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
