    Role Overview:

    As the Head of Sales, youll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and leading a high-performing sales team. Youll play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and maximizing sales opportunities across various channels.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and segments for growth, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with overall company strategy.
    • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.
    • Recruit top talent, onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
    • Identify client needs and pain points, and develop tailored solutions to address them.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolution of client issues.
    • Implement and maintain sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
    • Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.



    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
