Description
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain

  • Knowledge of SAP MRP procedures
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain/Inventory (highly advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Raw Materials
  • Knowledge of SAP stock control processes
  • Computer literate (SAP, MS OFFICE, EXCEL, WORD)
  • Ensuring that all waste is reported.
  • Working in conjunction with production with regards to Masterbatch requirements and service delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary to maintain desired inventories.
  • Ordering of all materials and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
  • Monitoring slow, obsolete, and dead stock.
  • Implementing of systems to minimise material waste and downtime.
  • Coordinate stock takes and implementing stock take procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any variances in inventory levels.
  • Ensuring correct documentation, receipts and all other relevant documentation as per the ISO standards
  • Ensuring that there is an accurate supply of Raw Material and Masterbatches.
  • Communicating with Raw Material and Packaging Manager and Raw Material and Packaging Supervisors about any inventory issues.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures.
  • Practicing a high standard of Housekeeping and Safety.
  • Any other duties reasonably requested by Manager or other.

Salary:
R28, R30,000.00 per month
