    Senior Actuarial Analyst Job Opportunity

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to provide actuarial solutions to internal and external clients within the insurance industry, in line with our company's Client Value Proposition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive research in the short-term insurance industry and product development to offer tailored solutions to clients.
    • Develop advanced software skills to deliver high-quality outputs.
    • Communicate complex ideas clearly in written documentation to ensure effective understanding by recipients.
    • Broaden product and industry knowledge through continuous learning.
    • Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on our business and implement necessary adjustments.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients to identify needs and provide targeted solutions.
    • Present feedback and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Cultivate collaborative relationships to drive work goal accomplishment.
    • Align delivered systems, processes, services, and solutions with our company's strategic objectives, values, and Business Unit Plan.
    • Ensure timely completion of personal development plan activities.
    • Share knowledge and industry insights with team members and stakeholders through formal and informal interactions.
    • Secure buy-in for developing new or enhanced processes that improve stakeholder businesses by showcasing benefits and supporting implementation recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced Diplomas or National First Degrees
    • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science with good progress towards completing Actuarial Exams.

    Experience:

    • 5 – 8 years of experience in the Actuarial field, specifically in the Short Term Insurance Industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Willis Towers Watson (Radar) software is highly beneficial.
