Position available:
Receptionist/Night Audit Relief
We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to join our team.

A person who is customer focused, hospitality minded and prides themselves to consistently deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Permanent Position

Minimum criteria:

2 or more years' experience in a similar role
Night Audit relief (must be familiar with night audit functions and job description).
Good working knowledge and understanding of OPERA.
Customer orientated
Ability to work well in a team.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Multitasking and organizational ability
Must have a positive attitude and good people skills
Well versed in handling challenging guest and confident when resolving complaints
Ability to problem solve and find innovative solutions in challenging situations
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
