Key Account Manager Redistribution for a very well-known

Wine Company based in

Johannesburg and Cape town

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing relationships with external parties, ongoing. This includes sustaining regular contact, engagement and responsiveness in line with all businessrelated queries and accounts.
  • Building and managing relationships with internal parties, ongoing. This includes sustaining regular contact, engagement and responsiveness in line with all businessrelated queries and accounts.
  • Establish, implement and manage internal sales support processes with the regional sales teams as well as redistributor teams.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with top level management through regular calls, constant communication, price increase and trade agreement renewals.
  • Manage process flow throughout business for redistributor business.
  • Manage all upliftments and returns through policy and process as per SOP.
  • Manage all aspects of the negotiation and ensure redistributors comply with the KPI's.
  • Foster trust and loyalty through service and support.
  • General Management of internal processes, procedures and people relating to Redistribution.
  • SLA Management. Front line negotiation and Operations management. Ensure that that all operational requirements are in place to ensure proper service delivery.
  • Initiate, communicate and manage all supply chain requirements required to service and support redistributors.
  • Sales Target Delivery.
  • Development and execution of annual sales strategy.
  • Data Management and Analysis.
  • Effective Self-Management.
  • Effective Administration.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 1
  • Degree relating to Sales and Marketing / Management.
  • Wine or Sales related Certificate
  • Honours Degree relating to Sales and Marketing / Management.
