    About the Role:
    We seek an exceptional professional to join our ranks as a Customer Advisor. This role entails providing expert advice on a curated range of products tailored for a specific allocated market, with individual accountability for achieving tangible results through self-driven efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Offer premium support to customers while identifying opportunities to acquire new business or retain existing clients. Tasks may include processing cases, addressing complex queries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    2. Solutions Analysis: Analyze intricate problems and challenges to develop innovative solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client.
    3. Receiving Visitors: Greet visitors, provide information, and refer complex matters to colleagues when necessary.
    4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-up actions and update CRM systems after each interaction with a customer to create a call plan and ensure data quality for effective customer retention and business development activities.
    5. Customer Needs Clarification: Establish clear objectives for sales calls or meetings; tailor standard materials for presentations to decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization; and ask relevant questions to gather information, assess interest levels, and identify areas requiring further explanation.
    6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop and execute a relationship management strategy for potential customer accounts to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization and facilitate a seamless two-way flow of information and issue resolution.
    7. Operational Compliance: Familiarize yourself with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory codes to ensure adherence to these standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions to mandatory procedures.
    8. Business Development: Monitor and analyze sales and market data for a specific geographic region to aid management in identifying areas where business can be developed.
    9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Establish a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events. Gather market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and services.
    10. Data Exploration: Conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools.
    11. Network of Influence: Demonstrate understanding of the value of networking by participating in and contributing to a network of people, technologies, and ideas both inside and outside the company.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric).
    • Valid Driver's License and Own Car
    • FAIS Compliance
    • Clear criminal and credit check
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Presentations skills an added advantage

    Education:

    NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
