    6. Collaborate with Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
    7. Facilitate Stakeholder Meetings: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions to drive consensus and resolve conflicts.
    8. Evaluate Software Solutions: Participate in the evaluation and selection of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
    2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and facilitating business change.
    3. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
    4. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    5. Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional project teams.
    6. Agile/Scrum Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
    7. Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.
    8. Thriving Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
    9. Certification: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
