    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage all aspects of our transportation operations, including vehicle tracking, route planning, and personnel management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Vehicle Tracking and Route Planning:
      • Monitor vehicle movement in real-time to ensure efficient routing and minimize delays.
      • Use route optimization software to plan routes that maximize productivity and reduce fuel consumption.
    • Personnel Management:
      • Supervise drivers and runners to ensure they work productively and efficiently.
      • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address any concerns.
      • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure employees clock in and out correctly.
    • Vehicle Maintenance:
      • Inspect vehicles daily to identify any defects or issues.
      • Conduct weekly tire pressure checks and report any abnormalities.
      • Complete electronic inspection reports for each vehicle.
    • Manifest Management:
      • Generate manifests for each driver and ensure they are completed accurately.
      • Verify manifests with the relevant personnel to ensure accuracy.
    • SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Responsibilities:
      • Ensure staff adhere to COVID-19 protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
      • Validate driver and runner medicals to ensure they are fit for duty.
      • Conduct breathalyzer tests and monitor employee behavior to prevent accidents.

      Requirements:

      • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Transportation, Logistics, etc.).
      • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
      • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
