- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
- Manage hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and housekeeping
- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies
- Monitor and analyze business data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, and 8 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, and marketing, or related field
- Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, and 6 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, and marketing, or related field
- Preferred: General Manager experience in a limited or full-service property
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights
