Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing the hotel's operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
Manage hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and housekeeping
Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies
Monitor and analyze business data to inform decision-making and drive business growth

Requirements

2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, and 8 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, and marketing, or related field
Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, and 6 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, and marketing, or related field
Preferred: General Manager experience in a limited or full-service property
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights
