Description
A client in Johannesburg North are in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO).


Requirements:


  • Work alongside the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Company comprised of 650 staff with a goal to reach 1300 in the next 4 years
  • Involvement in Sales operations, BPO operations, Training, Compliance, Campaign management, Planning, QA and verification, Facililities management
  • Assist CEO on all strategic and tactical matters including budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting
  • Part of group EXCO, group Management Committe and IT Steering committee
  • Min of 5 years commercial experience in financial services industry
  • Min of 5 years in Business Process Outsourcing
  • Ideally have worked with BPO
  • Strong preference for midsize companies
