    NMI Job Description

    NMI seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Customer Support team in Cape Town as a Support Specialist.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online tickets for NMI products.
    • Contribute to projects and be part of the bigger picture at NMI.

    Job Tasks:

    • Onboard new and existing customers with our products and tools.
    • Train customers on our onboarding and reporting tools.
    • Support internal colleagues with product-related queries.
    • Create and update knowledge garden content for our external help desk portal.
    • Develop internal documentation and training programs.
    • Collaborate with acquirers and other teams to ensure customer solutions are compliant.
    • Offer general support for customers using our products and services.

    Essential Skills:

    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong IT knowledge and attention to detail.
    • Proven problem-solving ability and proactive attitude.
    • Ability to handle complex data sets and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with customer ticketing systems.
    • Background in IT Helpdesk or Support roles.
