Duties and responsibilities:
- This position has functional skills in crossfunctional areas and enabling technologies.
- The individual will be required to take ownership of all the tasks defined by the project, gathering facts, analysing client requirements and designing solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings.
- He/she will manage large engagements and assist with a portion of smaller engagements when required.
- Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies
- Work with internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs and the architectural vision for complex solutions that address the clients needs.
- Reviews, verifies and improves own designs against specifications
- Driving Best Practice implementation approaches aligned to Oracle.
Qualifications and experience:
- Oracle Cloud Human Resources
- Human Capital Management
- Talent Management
- Core HR
- Minimum 12 years Cloud exposure
- Relevant Degree
- Oracle Cloud certification specialising in HCM
- Demonstrated experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post golive
- Demonstrated experience of business processes and associated technology
- Implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Products
