    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hotwire Strategic Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, managing content calendars, and liaising with clients.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Manage and schedule content calendars for social media, newsletters, and other platforms.
    • Liaise with clients to gather briefs, provide updates, and present reports.
    • Set up and manage paid social media and Google Ads campaigns.
    • Assist with content creation (briefing designers, writing captions, sourcing imagery).
    • Monitor performance metrics and compile monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to support strategic planning and creative execution.
    • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years' experience in a marketing or digital coordination role (agency experience advantageous).
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital ad tools.
    • Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
    • Familiar with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of multitasking.
    • Creative thinker and team player who can also work independently.
    • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a bonus.
