Job Description:

This role involves being the intersection between business, technology, users and our clients.

Your purpose would be to facilitate the conception and design of products and product features that are valuable, usable and feasible.

The idyllic individual will be accountable for transforming our vision into the perfect product and implementing this solution into the market.

Responsibilities

Lead product conception and design process, collaborate with stakeholders across our business, engineering and user experience teams.
Gather and synthesise insights from clients, users and market trends to identify performance gaps and opportunities for product enhancements.
Translate our Yoyo vision and strategy into clear product roadmaps and actionable plans.
Champion a customercentric approach, ensuring that user feedback and data insights are at the heart of all product decisions.
Collaborate across Yoyo to continuously deliver a world class product offering; work closely with product, tech and customer experience to drive growth and adoption.
Maintain a balanced product roadmap ensuring that we provide value to our customers, while maintaining security, scalability and code quality.
Define and track key product metrics, continuously assessing product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Embrace the role of the product champion, effectively communicating product features, benefits and value propositions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Where applicable, build a futureproof set of integration tools, enabling Yoyo integrators to build quickly and easily.

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience and knowledge in:

years in product management roles.

Experience in creating and implementing successful product strategies, from conception to market launch.
Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects, enabling effective communication between various teams.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment on product priorities and goals.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
A passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging industry trends and opportunities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
