    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Business Solution and Commercial Manager to drive commercial growth by supporting divisions, enabling cross-divisional deals, and maintaining a strategic commercial perspective.

    This individual will lead Stryker's contract and tender operations, ensuring excellence in tender tracking, governance, and contract management. In collaboration with the Director of EEMEA Business Solutions and Commercial, they will enhance Stryker's market position through continuous improvement.

    The role involves managing tender processes, contract negotiations, and overseeing a high-performing team to deliver market and tender insights.

    This person will also partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Business Enablement, and Sales to support key business functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead the tenders and contracts functions, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and overseeing end-to-end tender processes and contract management activities.
    2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tender authorities, hospitals, and buying groups to drive effective commercial outcomes.
    3. Collaborate with divisions to create and refine commercial models for customers and indirect channels.
