High-level Managed Services Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Managed Services to lead our team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Managed Services division, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of service delivery managers, engineers, and support staff.
Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of services.
Manage risks and ensure that appropriate service controls and disaster recovery plans are in place.

Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
Valid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable vehicle
8-10 years of experience in IT services, including 5+ years in leadership role within managed services or service delivery
Proven experience in managing and growing managed services portfolio, including customer-facing roles and client relationships
Strong background in IT service management frameworks, delivering enterprise-level services
Experience in team management, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email/Internet)
