    Description

    Business Analyst Position

    This role requires an experienced professional with a solid grasp of Business Analysis and Enterprise Business Processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance end-to-end enterprise business processes.
    2. Collaborate with the business community at all levels, facilitating design workshops, conducting training sessions, and presenting to senior management and executives.
    3. Work with stakeholders to build a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's strategy, processes, information, and technology assets.
    4. Align business objectives, processes, and information technology strategy to drive organisational success.
    5. Document business needs using various models or views that showcase how current and future requirements will be met efficiently and sustainably.
    6. Integrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes to deliver efficient and effective outcomes.
    7. Perform business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs across various levels of detail within a specific area of expertise.
    8. Mastery of industry-recognised knowledge areas for Business Analysis and working at high levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    A minimum of 10 years' experience as a business analyst involved in assessing, mapping, and optimising business processes.

    Desirable Experience:

    • Home loan processes
    • Process Design
    • Process Improvement

    Candidates must have experience working on agile projects, understanding of the SAFe framework, and proficiency in agile tools like Jira and Confluence and process mapping tools like Aris. Familiarity with Collections & recoveries projects in the banking industry, transactional banking products, secured & unsecured lending products, and process modelling standards such as BPMN is required. Additionally, knowledge of business process transformation, including process enabling and integrating technologies, is essential.

    Experience in facilitating workshops with business users (up to executive level) to gather requirements, generate ideas, and validate designs is necessary.

    Scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution and associated project effort and dependencies are critical skills for this role.
