    Job Summary

    The Office Manager position is a critical role that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our office. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with various departments in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise all administrative and clerical activities in the office.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Handle communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate meetings and schedules for executives and department heads.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Manage office space and layout, ensuring a clean and organized working environment.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
