Human Resource Administrator - Centurion, South Africa - H2R

Gauteng, Centurion- Hourly Basic Salary (Market related, Negotiable)

processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (13 years) in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with HRIS (HR Information Systems)
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
