• Provides personalized service by recognizing VIPs and regular patrons.
• Accompanies guests to their tables while maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Makes sure guests feel valued and attended to throughout their meal.
• Reservation & Seating Management:
• Manages reservations through booking systems, ensuring accurate table assignments.
• Communicates effectively with the service team to optimize seating arrangements.
• Accommodates special requests, dietary restrictions, and seating preferences when possible.
• Monitors guest wait times and provides accurate updates for a positive experience.
• Michelin-Star Service Standards:
• Maintains impeccable appearance, adhering to the restaurant's dress code and etiquette.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the restaurant's menu, wine selection, and overall concept.
• Collaborates with the sommelier and servers to enhance the guest experience.

• Coordination & Communication:
