Description

As an ICT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sector.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with key clients. Additionally, you will oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ICT sector, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
*Qualifications and Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


  • Proven track record of success in ICT sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the ICT industry, including products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive sales performance.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
