    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to efficiently execute and coordinate all office administration tasks, communication, and correspondence with stakeholders as well as any other relevant responsibilities within the Property department.

    Purpose and Objectives

    1. Leasing and Development:
      • Prepare and send lease renewal notices and follow up on them.
      • Maintain updated files for new developments.
      • Keep tracking sheets current on Sharepoint.
      • Assist in preparing project-related documentation.
      • Support preparation of Lease documents (e.g., Offers to Lease and Heads of Agreement).
    2. Property Meetings and Approval Process:
      • Help prepare files for approval.
    3. SAP and BI Launchpad:
      • Draw reports from SAP and BI Launchpad and verify information.
    4. Ad Hoc Issues:
      • Address general maintenance queries.
      • Attend meetings with various teams, take minutes, and follow up.
      • Provide general office administration support.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience in Property Administration is required.
    • A Diploma in Property Administration is an advantage.
