    Key Responsibilities

    The IT Business Relationship Manager acts as a bridge between the IT department and business functions, ensuring strategic alignment of IT services with business goals.

    This role fosters collaboration, manages and resolves IT-related issues efficiently, maintains high user satisfaction, ensures IT security and compliance, and drives continuous process improvement through technology application.

    The position balances operational and strategic IT needs to ensure smooth service delivery, minimizing disruptions, enhancing productivity, and supporting overall business growth and compliance.

    Interactions

    This role interacts with:

    1. Business Leaders/Department Heads (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) to understand business objectives, priorities, and challenges.
    2. IT Governance and Compliance Teams to ensure that all IT activities within the business function comply with internal and external regulations, audit standards, and security policies.
    3. Third-party service providers, ensuring that outsourced IT services or tools align with business needs and meet agreed-upon service levels.
    4. Project Management Teams on specific IT projects or initiatives, ensuring that technology solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively within the business area.
    5. Senior Management on the status of IT services, escalating critical issues, and communicating opportunities for improvements or investments in IT solutions.
