Description

Job Title: EEO Specialist (GS-13)

This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of the Commissioner, Equal Employment Opportunity Division.

We have multiple duty locations: Washington, D.C., Indianapolis, IN, Houston, TX, and Detroit, MI.

Additional Selections:

Other organizational divisions and/or units within the listed duty locations may also be selected.

Experience Requirements:

Evaluate complaints to determine ADR Program access for disputes. Serve as liaison and technical resource for agency attorneys, aggrieved parties, ADR service providers, and others.
Plan, direct, review, and evaluate the work of professional, technical, and resolution staff.
Develop and maintain ADR Program work processes and procedures, including case management, settlement agreements, compliance, training, trend analysis, statistical reporting, forms, correspondence, informational materials, procedures, and written information.
Monitor compliance with EEO policies and regulations.
