    Support Engineer for Autonomous Aircraft Data Team

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Support Engineer to work on our SJO Data for Autonomous Aircraft (DA2) team at Prime Air. You'll support day-to-day labeling operations and act as a bridge between our team and other development/support engineering teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Track and manage assets, both onsite and in the field.
    2. Direct internal and external service provider engagements to resolve issues efficiently.
    3. Collaborate with IT teams on high and medium incident events.
    4. Contribute to process development, implementation, and administration to ensure hardware and tool reliability.
    5. Provide ticket-based, walk-up, and remote support.
    6. Develop expertise in one or more labeling tools and lead support activities.
    7. Regularly contribute to support documentation creation and improvement.
    8. Analyze metrics to measure support success and performance.
    9. Write simple and efficient tools to enhance operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    1. 2+ years of technical support experience or 1+ years of software development experience.
    2. Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design and operating systems.
    3. High school diploma or equivalent.
    4. Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating Systems in a corporate setting.
    5. PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience.
    6. Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent.
    2. Programming experience in Java, Python, C++, and Linux Operating System.
    3. Typescript, React, Graphql, AWS experience.
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate-level data analysis and visualization skills.
    5. Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
    6. Proven industry experience in programming and/or technical support roles.
    7. Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
